Hopefully we can get your opinions on this situation and what to do as I have heard ebay and paypal are hard to deal with.
The situation is as follows
We registered to sell on ebay as a business (we are a limited company that sells consumer electronics & gadgets)
Within 3 days of registering to sell and uploading 3 products (we hadn't even made a sale yet) we were suspended on ebay, with a MC081 NOTICE

From experience we know that certain items and actions are more associated with fraudulent activity on eBay than others. As a precaution, we suspend an account if it gives us cause for concern. We then ask for more before we reinstate the account.
Please understand we're not accusing you of fraudulent behaviour. Our top priority is to ensure that eBay remains a safe and reputable place to buy and sell, so we'd like to confirm some of the information you've given us.

Please send us all of the following information and we'll review your account:
1) Proof of name
2) Confirmation of your registered address
3) Proof that the item/s you listed are in your possession

Within 2 days of this happening, we were then limited on paypal we had only made 7 transaction through paypal in our account and none from ebay, no claims or disputes or anything. We rang paypal up and asked why as we hadn't even finished verifying the account we didn't understand why we were limited so early. (we had now verified the bank deposits). They said to check your email, and the email we received from them was what they classed as a Parting ways email with NO reasons what soever on what we have possible done wrong, the lady on the phone said that she can't see why and doesn't have a reason why we were limited, she said we can appeal the decision. We have not yet sent an appeal as first we have sent of the information to ebay, someone on the ebay team got back to us asking for further invoices to reinstate our ebay account which we have done and his has now got all the information needed and we feel he will reinstate the account from the tone of things, he just wanted to verify what we were selling we had in stock and our business details etc....
But what do we do with paypal? Any idea why they would have done this? Do you think its because the ebay was limited? Please advise also what should we say in the appeal as we have done nothing wrong whatsoever. Your comments are appreciated.
