I am dissapointed, and out of words.
 

Since ebay suspended me form my pc, I didnt know how to change my ip address, So I went to a local library opened up a whole new paypal account, and opened up a whole new ebay account, changed my name, address, and everything. hours later I got an email saying I was suspended. What did I do wrong? I really have things to sell, I am not a fraud in any way. Can someone please tell me what to do so that I can sell my things.

did you sign into the old account from that library at any point past or present?

do not use outlook, and do not click on the links or images in the email that ebay sends you. they will get you suspended.

did you change your auction format? do not post the same way same words etc.

oh, okay...

well then make sure your auction format changes b/c a buyer can say, "oh this guy was suspended 3 weeks ago etc"
