account blocked: asked to call them.
 

I place to sell an item for $1 and after a few minutes my account was bloqued and i get the information below:

Step 2: Please sign in
Step 3: Click on “Call Us” – You will be given a phone number and a 6 digit PIN number. Please call the number and enter the PIN when prompted to do so. You may also be asked to verify the phone number registered on the account.
Step 4: You will then be transferred to a live agent who will take you through the verification process.
Our offices are open: Monday - Friday 5am to 10pm PST & Saturday - Sunday 6am to 6pm PST

You'll need to provide more info.... what did they say when you called?

If thats a new account and stelth i would just ditch it and make another cause more then likely ebays going to want alot of personl info from you which u cant provid on a stelth account.

um, I don't think the OP has called them. To me it seems he either does not know what to say or is maybe asking for special help;). We need more info for sure.
What was the notice from ebay? RX?????
What country is the account in?
Was it correctly prepared to be a seller's account?
If not why did you try to list an item?

Let me explain again:

1º - I open a normal ebay account from Portugal.
2º - then I open a seller account using my paypal email, (not credit card vcc)
3º- I place to sell a $1 item auction for 5 days.
4º - after a few minutes they block my account and ask me to call them in 48 hrs and i did not nothing rong for that happen
5º - I login today in that account after 48 hrs and it is working while they still want me to call them and that i will not do.
6º i dont use real info on my ebay accounts. so i cant not call them.

This is happen to you???strange ebay.

I would call them.

Have all your info at hand and just call them and sound a bit dumb.

Ask them what its all about.

Even if they dont reinstate your account you might get some useful tidbits as to what went wrong so you can avoid similar in future.

Also if you dont call them you will never know if you have the possibility to get your account reinstated or not.

The above advice is also good, you could ditch the account. But I would be tempted to call them and find out as much as possible.

Also you could say that you are really upset and disabled and you dont know what the problem is, and you cant leave the house cos you are disabled and why is this happening to you etc etc.

lol, always worth a try.

Tip: withhold your caller ID phone number if you call from home.

For UK people thats a 141 before calling them.

I dont know for US.
