VCC not working anymore?
 

I have had success getting people back on ebay using VCC, but when i tried to use one a few days ago it asked to link a verfied paypal account from my country. The address i use to register was USA, but it seems they knew the card was a VCC. Have they finally figured out the VCC fix?

VCC's are issued from different providers. They can block one provider but another one will pop up. It depends on the issuing bank. They can block them until they've blocked all issuing banks ...and then? :D

I doubt it. Which VCC did you use?

Also sometimes eBay will do random checks like this with new accounts. Asking for more or less verification.

Vcc Worked For Me Every Time. No Sure Which One You Got.

I opened up a few back-up accounts with entropay.com and debitcard-world.com a couple of days ago.

Both provider still seem to work fine,

debitcard-world.com looks like a scam.

Entropay looks odd. But it does look like something that would be easy once a gets associated with a NARU'd ebay account because you can transfer it between accounts.

But what's this.....?

"apart from the United States" so it doesn't work in America?

my simon vcc did not work on ebay or ioffer or paypal
 

any one know why? I followed every step by step detail, I had to transfer it to a physical card to get it to work, then match the zip codes to register it.

You'll need to register with your correct zip code, city, and state. Most everything else can be ⊗⊗⊗⊗.

I stll don't know why the vcc didn't work in the first place? ebay said they could process the credit info, like it didn't exist.

Bringing up an old thread - wow - nice search though. Is the card a VCC or just debit card?
