The 30 day experiment - aging accounts then building stars
 

Hello all, my first post here after multiple suspensions. Went through 6 accounts this month and lots of learning has accrued to say the least. The game has changed from what it was even a few months ago. Here is my experiment, please give me comments on what you think...

After all my recent suspensions and doing what has worked for years (basically new acct, penny wallpaper/ebook, build to 10 stars, sell with buy it now within 5 days of opening acct) I realize I need a new plan. I even hired some guy to build FBS for me but he was using my old tried and true method.

My new method, untried yet... is to open a buyer acct, with no cc on file, and to wait 30 days before doing anything. In the meantime opening a new buyer acct every day during the 1mo waiting period. Then after a month has passed, to activate 1 buyer acct as needed then start building FB and selling.

My question is, will quickly building FB be suspicious on an aged 30 day acct? I absolutely need feedback, at least 30 because I sell adult auctions and you have to have 30 to do bulk "dutch lot" auctions. 10 won't cut it because theyres no BIN in adult category. Let me know please what you all think, esp if anyone has tried.

Hmm, buying feedback will definitely get you suspended, no doubt about that. It may not be as bad for an aged account, more then 30 days old, but still if you buy cheap auctions simply to build feedback, eBay knows and are suspended accounts like crazy.

I usually let accounts aged for 90 days. Because if eB suspends you within these 90days, they may remove all your past listings and sent emails to buyers.
this really sucks! Because they will ask buyers to cancel their paypal transaction.
Then, you may loss your pp at the same time.
90 Days is a good period.
Then, if you start to buy 3 feedback a day, you have very small chance to
get suspended.

eBay lets you build all the feedback you want and do whatever you want when you're still a buyer. They even let buyers make new accounts after suspensions from the same address and phone -- I have had nonpay bidders do that and come back a second time.

well its tough to earn feedback the normal way unless you are buying "crap" and I am not really much of an ebay shopper. I guess that may have to change? And since I'm not using real address it would be very shady to ship 30 used music cds or beanie babies to some drop address just for stars. The fact is I need 30 stars to have any chance at selling my goods in bulk because I said earlier there is no BIN in adult category, only dutch option.

Jonas you might have a point about buying all the FB you want as a buyer and thats what my initial plan is, reg acct for a month, let it sit idle, then buy some cheap crap at the end of 30 days and start selling. Sound like it will work? Opinions?

My old (expired) method was to buy 10 stars, get BIN status then sub. to selling manager pro and have it relist a wallpaper or ebook infinitely until it got to 30. I used to could sell at 30 within 5-6 days. That game is gone now. Advice on what works anyone?
