different name For Reinstatement?

my account was suspended due to MC081, i need to provide ID. but question is i use real name, real address to register with ebay, and i can provide documents for these, but after registering, i changed the name, but the same address, and i can not provide ID for this name. so is it fine for me to provide documents for the name i first used, and the address? will ebay think i'm not honest? thanks!
