I got the email also, asking for my information. I just unloaded a few things I had bought from a local store that was closing for good. The only thing is im done selling everything I had, so I don't really need the account anymore and I never use ebay for anything else. So if I don't send in my information (ID, Statement, Receipt) will this cause any problems in the future if I just stop using the account. I paid all my fees and I can still buy but not permitted to sell anything. If I just stopped using the account would I be penalized in the future?

You paid all your fees and you're done selling that's all ebay cares about, I don't know why you would penalized unless you we're trying scam people maybe.

No scamming, I sent everyone everything they bought, in the exact condition I described it and got positive feedback. So that means I dont have to bother with ebay?

If you don't plan on selling on that account then looks like you're good.

Yes as you paid all your fees you are clear.

However if you want to buy or sell in the future you cant use any details from this suspended account or they will quickly link them together.

Name is ok, but not address, phone number, credit card or bank account.

If you start again in future you need all new details.
