Anything work? Since I have a cable modem, it seems the easiest way out. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I started a free trial of Anonymizer, is that any good.

For the IP to reset on my cable modem, how long should the cable modem be unplugged for it to reset?

Use something called Smarthide by Athromax(sp?)- Hide IP address with delectation. SmartHide Home Page, they give YOU one ip just for YOU, in your particular area- think its $9/month. Use for an experimental acct- up 6 months so far- even when they took down 7 accts on same pc, this one lasted??
