You need to do this yourself. You have all your information and should know the answers to any questions. Tell ebay you want to speak to Vietnamese person. Ask if you can write an email.
Many people phone ebay who don't speak good English. I think your English is very good :thumb: How many people do you know who speak Vietnamese as good as you speak/write English?:ranger:
