yoyoman | 03-09-2010 09:05 PM | Just got suspended for 21 days ?? Anyone know what this is?? We're always looking for ways to improve the buying and selling experience on eBay. As part of this effort, we sometimes require additional verification of a seller's ability to fulfill their commitments to buyers.
For the next 21 days -- between and -- you won't be able to create new listings on eBay. During this time, it's important that you complete your current transactions with your buyers.
Please know that it's against our policy to use multiple accounts or register new accounts to create new listings during this period. Doing so could result in further limits on your account.
To help your transactions go smoothly, we suggest that you:
-- Print a free shipping label through eBay or PayPal, which automatically sends a delivery confirmation to your buyer.
-- Ship the item quickly.
-- Communicate with your buyer and send them the delivery confirmation.
