Am I going to be suspended?
 

I have a 1 year account and this week I sold approx 25 ebooks (eBay zero to eBay hero) they all sold well and i managed to boost my feedback.
I didn't list the ebooks according to what eBay demanded (as calcified ads) but I stated in the listing that I'm going to use only postal mail and will not deliver the ebook by email.
after researching eBay for similar listings I noticed that many users get suspended after selling ebooks, so I ended all my active listings early.

My question is : does eBay analyze completed listings or they only check the once that active? from your experience did you or some one else got suspended
retroactively?

I would stop and let it sit for at least a month. I did that too a few years back and I was fine. But you need to stop right away, let it cool and then sell something else.

Good idea, imjustme. You always want to have some backup accounts in case things like this happen. Good luck!

Both imjustme & philly are correct. You might not have a problem but with ebay that's not a guarantee. ebay can look at pulled listings.
Read lots on the forum and work out how to make new accounts. Vary what you sell. :ranger:

I used to sell ebooks like crazy and made good money at it too. Then ebay banned the sales of digitally delivered items. You can still sell them but you must say you are going to physically ship it. I've learned that alot of sellers lie and when they sell one, they just email it to the customer. You can do it this way. However, 99% of my old ebook competitors have gotten killed by selling ebooks. In the long run, you gonna get caught. Look into another product. Or try iOffer.com, or better your own website.
