When my Paypal account I was not able to take my money out or used for shipping purposes. So I refound about 4 or 5 sales to the buyers and let him know that i have problem with my paypal account
For these last lingering sales I asked buyers to send the payment to a 2nd Paypal account (friend) if they still want the items. a few buyers agree.
Now ebay account is suspended too.
Im wondering if i open a new ebay account (in diferent pc) and link my friend's paypal account, they gonna down both account too.
I do wanna sell a few things, but wondering how can i open a new account.

Your best bet is to read eBay Stealth. Seriously if you do something wrong your friend's account will be suspended / limited just like yours. If you don't want that to happen then get the basic step by steps you need to create a new account with eBay Stealth.

ok, thanks. One more thing how can i change my ip, what internet provider is best. I have at&t dsl but i think it doesnt let me change the ip 'cause i did this
start, run, cmd, ipconfig /release, ipconfig /renew & de ip still the same. I hear about the site No-IP - Dynamic DNS, Static DNS for Your Dynamic IP but im not sure how it works or what i need, did u try it?
