MC017 FPA NOTICE: eBay Registration Suspension

Anyone know what is this? I haven't used this account for 3 month and yesterday I logged on, then one day later my account was suspended. I registered my account half year ago using a nick name. Is it why my account was suspended? Is it possible my other account will be suspended?
I need advice.Help me please!!!

one more thing, I use one computer to log on all my accounts, including the one suspended.

You need to change ip and user accounts from time to time.
