OK... Well I need some opinions from some of the very knowledgeable people within this board, as I have read your posts and you are very smart.

I have been a member of eBay for many a years, and have had multiple successful accounts, but sadly between Dec 2006 and Feb 2007 I had some problems and have a neg/neutral complaint ratio of about 8% which is pretty crappy. and keep in mind this was before eBay's new SNP policy, as I did receive an SNP suspension and showed eBay I cleared all complaints, was immediately reinstated and then restricted under the new SNP initiative about 2 weeks later.

Now, after my restriction they felt I did not make enough improvement (withdrawals etc) and as such my account was being indefinitely suspended without consideration of appeals.

I also had like 3 other active accounts at the time, too which have been running nice and fine except for a few days ago out of the blue, I got my sexy INV Notice: Linked to Suspended User Suspension, which I appealed and of course was told, I could appeal once my initial account was unsuspended.

BUT.. with my appeals being denied in May, it hasn't gone too well... Now I just emailed eBay back since its been about six months, to see if maybe there is something that can be done, and I am waiting to hear back.

I phoned into General Support, and PowerSeller Support, and tomorrow will call Trust & Safety Support, I would much rather keep things on the up and up, and not be an eBay pirate, granted the account fell below eBay's Current SNP policy, but I was a test bunny for a program that wasn't policy at the time, and most of my neutrals were newbs, saying Great Item! Or, Thanks How do I pay.

Anyways, I am extremely frustrated and would love to hear some more input, this is the hardest obstacle to overcome. I have been suspended about 4 times in the past 5 years, all for stupid crap, mostly Abusing eBay, where they want to review my drivers license etc etc, which I always won successful appeals on.

So... I dunno. Your thoughts would be great!

violations of our Seller Non-Performance policy. Specifically, buyers
have expressed an unacceptably high level of dissatisfaction regarding
transactions with your account.

Upon review of the information you provided in your appeal, as well as
all of the information related to our original investigation, we have
concluded that significant improvement did not occur. As such, your eBay
account will remain suspended.

***Note***
Although we will read any future appeals you send, we may not respond to
your inquiries.

You are suspended from eBay as a result of your violation of site policy on Seller Non-Performance. Specifically, you have generated unacceptable levels of buyer dissatisfaction in your transactions. Based upon inputs from the buyers who have interacted with you, one or more of your accounts falls into the bottom 1 percent of all eBay sellers with regard to buyer satisfaction.

Warning notification was provided to you earlier regarding the need for significantly improved performance. This improvement did not occur, and we have taken action in accordance with that warning.
