Ebay asks me to verify identity again!!
 

it is really strange!! My new account in US was limited for MC010 verify identity around one month ago. I called in and then faxed them driver license.... and got it lifted.

Today I received again MC010 verify identity! They asked me to call them again! What is wrong with ebay? Do they just need me to go through that process again? Is this just something wrong with ebay system? It really pisses me off!

I read from somebody on this forum that they had to be verified 3 times.

Are you using a vpn? They don't like vpn users.

Yes, I use vpn. But this doesn't make sense if they ask me to verify again. What I do is just faxing them the same material. Do I need to call them again or just wait for the fax-me-Id message.

I understand your frustration. My account was limited more than a month ago and Half is still holding my payment. They refuse to release my payment because my account is being limited, but ebay gives me no clue when you will remove limitation from my account. After a month contacting them regularly and submitting them my documents 4 times by fax, I still get limited to selling activity. No explanation! I feel like they just want to steal my money! Really frustrated.

How many feedback did your account have when it was limited again? And how many items did you have listed?

Just open a new account with the same info.
