If I open a new account linked to the same Paypal, am I being watched?
I would wait at least 30 days before trying to sell again on that account. Ebay owns paypal, so if you open a new ebay account that is linked to the same paypal, ebay knows you're the same person.
I always recommend keeping a backup account handy.
If the government were hiring that many people, the national jobless rate wouldn't be what it is. And it would be on the news.

To answer the question, the paypal will be watched closely. I did that about a month ago and was successful for about 3 weeks made about $2,000 then everything went down.

y not buy the Stealth Book if you cannot figure out how to make one by yourself. It is very easy just takes a little time.
If you need to buy anything from anyone buy from lakeman on here. I use him for my vcc's and he hasnt let me down yet.
Ebay and paypal are dumb but not stupid. dont ever let up and think they are not watching especially after you have warnings from them.
If you have 3 accounts then you only have to bank $1,000 each to get $3,000. thats least likely to get you banned. Just use your heads people. spread it out and hope for the best. always keep extra accounts ready.
