can i list different items after MC019
 

I got MC019 hit yesterday-unauthorized item, but i found another guy sold tons of the same thing is still running well on ebay. not fair! that guy is not even 30 days old. mine acc is over 1 year

im just wondering whether i can list other items now? not the removal item. or should i wait 30 days to list other items?

and when i can relist the removed item? 30 days later?

how long does it take ebay to remove the bad records? 30 days? 90 days? in my seller dashboard it says if i dont have other removal, this one will be erased on May 29, does it take that long?

They never remove bad records, but I would wait at least 30 days.

You could also start over with a back up account. I always recommend keeping a backup account handy.

Do you mean wait 30 days to sell anything or wait 30 days to sell the item that got the mc019?

Once you get an MC019 warning, your account is monitored closely. They might not monitor your account on a daily basis, but, they'll monitor it and even look at the items that are completed.

Unless they tell you exactly why they took it down and then offer you an opportunity to relist it with appropriate changes, don't relist it. You can list everything else. But keep in mind that your account is now compromised and you could have some malcontented T&S person itching to suspend you, especially if you relist the same item.

Don't call them to complain either!!!

It actually took me a month to get an account closed down for VERO. I do it just to test them out sometimes. I took the VERO quiz twice(q14.html) for those that know. Login in from overseas proxies still did not kill it. Finally, they just wanted me to call to verify identity. So I used the same info to open a new account.
