I got a partner warning notice MC015 about the seller who sold me software last week. The seller is now NARU. The seller wanted to pull a bait and switch to supposedly better item.

I only buy used and used upgrade software on ebay now. This seller offered used upgrade for sale, but, as soon as I bought it, I was told that they didn't have any used items ,but, they would send me a new one instead. I declined. I knew the new ones were ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and the seller wanted to offload it like a hot potato. I was refunded immediately.

Since my own account was suspended after I got hit with several refunds including a nasty email accusation(I still got a positive from the buyer), I definitely think that ebay does read emails and programs its kill-bots to look for accounts with refunds to immediately restrict your sales until someone reviews your account.

That's why it pays to never contact ebay and just wait out the 30 days if you get restricted or limited. I got reinstated but waited 30 days until my selling restriction was lifted.

And yes, this was a new seller that listed too many vero items for sale. She was selling all ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and got caught.
