You are prohibited from using eBay in any way. This includes using another existing account or registering a new account.

Any seller fees that are still owed are due to eBay immediately. eBay will charge any amounts that you have not previously disputed to the billing method that is currently on file.

This is actually what i did.

I signed up about 10 days ago.

I actually got a new ISP. I was using comcast so i got ATT for my laptop.

I bid on one auction and won.

THen today i put up an auction to sell a book.

I have ZERO feedback.


When i put up the book to sell they asked for an address for PAYPAL.

I gave them my ebay mailing address. Then I went to paypal and changed my address on paypal to my ebay address.

I have been banned a few times already. But did changing my paypal address bring up a red flag?

Yep u used your old paypal account. They are both sharing information now

IS it easy to get a new paypal account?

I need to put down a real bank account name/number to transfer funds out of paypal into my bank acccount

Buying ⊗⊗⊗⊗ feedback could be it. You can also get that message for trying to sell an item too quickly after you open your ebay account. That's what happened to me.

it happened to one of my old accounts. It was a new clean account..I was selling good and all of a sudden bam! this happened..Then they requested all kinds of paperwork from me, the receipts and pictures of my items etc. I didnt respond because I thought they will figure out that I had a previous suspended account anyway..

So i guess that SIMONS prepaid Visa giftcard is NO GOOD for ebay.

Since its in their system.

It is easy to get back on paypal. You can get a virtual credit card for $5 to verify any name and address. You =can even buy usa bank accounts.

What about the bank account information i need so i can transfer funds from paypal into my personal account

Buying feedback works if you do not get to crazy. On a few accounts, I have bought 5 feedbacks without any problems. I spread it out over two week. Act like a newbie and start slow. I think most ebayers that has been around for awhile have forgotten how to act like a newbie.

Simon card still work, that is all I use.

My first first account got suspended for linking my new ebay account with a PP account that was linked to a suspended ebay account. I also received the same message that is displayed on the previous page.

Creating PP accounts are easy. All my new ebay accounts have a new linked PP account associated with them. This is how I pay Ebay fees.

All my account have been made prior to Nov 20 so I do not have the merchant problem.

Just go to your bank and tell them you lost your wallet with your debit card and check book, the will issue you a new debit card you can use to sign back onto paypal. Then tell them you don't feel comfortable the an identity theif has your checking account info and that you would like to close that account and open a new one. They should not give you any problems. Even if you do not get a new back account, you can verify the paypal and have them mail you a check no problem.

Just make sure when you sign back up for paypal, claer your cookies, change ip, and slightly varation of you name alter your address use different phone number. Example:
If you were:
John Smith
123 S. ⊗⊗⊗⊗ St.

You are now:
John S mith
123 South ⊗⊗⊗⊗ Street

The computer think you are a different person and people that cash the check at the bank don't give it a second look.

So let me get this straight,

If the bank doesn't give you a new bank accont you use someone elses account number and make a variations in the address.

No, I am saying you can buy a throw away USA bank account. to get verified. Or you can creata an online one at bank of america or etrade. You only use it to get verified then have them mail you a check. You should always have some spare paypal accounts on hand also, because after 60 days you can apply for their debit card and withdraw from ATM.

What's a "throw away" bank account??

Problem with paypal is if your selling something that they think is a knock like a DVD for exp: they will limt your account untill you can proof what your selling is legit
