How does IP work on wireless connection?
 

I got suspended too, and more than once. The last time I opened a new account with somebody else's name and address, credit card etc. everything new. I even changed my laptop where I connect to the internet at home, thinking that IP address changes with the computer,right? After 3 suspensions I just now read something like IP address has to do with your DSL modem if you have DSL. I didnt really understand it. I have a wireless DSL connection. I had my last account for over 2 months and then all of a sudden it got suspended, saying that it was connected to one of my old accounts. I have no idea how they figured this one out. All I can think of is that I brought home one of my old laptops and used for some other purposes and that laptop had my old account saved on the browser. It didnt automatically sign in or anything but if I went to eBay the user name would be there. I didnt use it to sign i to my new account, but I might have used it to log into my old account for some stupid reason, dont remember exactly. Is that what got me killed? If thats it I just want to shoot myself!!!

Please explain..Does my IP change if I get new laptop and use the same wireless connection? Does just turning the wireless router on and off changes the IP?
What should I do now?
Go get a gift credit card, ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name, new address(by the way can we use PO Box for an address for the credit card and eBay registration address?)
If I get an account like that how do I get paid? Can I use an existing PayPal account? How will the buyers pay me if I dont accept PayPal as a method payment?
