Suspended Account and No Response from eBay
 

I got an email 2 days ago as I was hit with the MC000 Notice. My listings were removed and they said a 2nd email will follow to state why my account was suspended. I never received a 2nd email, I can still log into my account and even browse the site. When I try to list I get an error saying I cannot list due to issues on my account.
I have emailed them several times, even went on live help but no response. The guy at live help said just wait. I couldn’t tell him buddy when I get hit with this notice or similar type the 2nd email follows very quickly.
I know this is a ID verification check and I can provide the docs. My paypal is not limited as I didn’t receive any funds, all my items are for collection only. I know there must be a glitch somewhere in the system but does anyone know how long I should wait?

This is weird because I was sent the same message. My listings were removed as well. Just like you I am able to sign in without getting any notice however, I AM able to list! Wonder what is going on? I still have not received the second email. I will post if they take my new listings down.

How long ago this happened to you? so odd, is your paypal limited?

Just today. No my pp is not limited and my other ebay account associated with pp is fine. My new listings are still active on the suspended account. Not sure what is going on.

oh man, why did you link them? when u link account like that they will close u even if u provide all the docs. I think there is a glitch in the system, one of my other accounts has its pp limited but my ebay is fine and i list. Di you write to ebay?

It's ok to link them since neither have my info. My pp is just for personal and I use it for buying. No biggie if I lose it because I use a merchant account for payments from buyers. Ebay on the other hand will hurt because I sell expensive handbags and it's not easy gaining buyers trust and a following as in repeat buyers, word of mouth, etc.

I have not contacted ebay about this and have no plans to contact them because I can still list and sell. I don't want to draw any attention to me! Is that messed up or what? If that changes & they won't let me list, I'll be sure to call them.

After several attempts I got an email today, all she said was I will pass your details to the relevent department. Its a joke, I have no idea what is going on. Will keep you posted
