Can I use this account, issue with phone number
A friend of mine has a very old eBay and paypal account; I used this about 3years ago and was hit with the ID verification thing that eBay requests when you sell high value goods, all passed and all good. I then handed the account back to him.
Recently I had my accounts suspended and created 1 new account for which I used his phone number to verify eBay and PayPal. That account got blocked as it was created on a BAD IP, I need to know if I use his account what are the chances that his will get blocked as it has the same phone number as the one that was on the new block account. Both his accounts are verified, should I change his phone number on file before listing or will it not matter?
