MC062 Account Suspension Question
 

I had an a 7 day suspension for a MC062 violation back in February. I got my account reinstated after 7 days with no problems and was warned about stiffer penalties for any future violations.

I have two other eBay accounts I access on the same computer. My question is, if I get a MC062 for listing a similar item on one of my other accounts, will it be tied to my original account suspension and get a stiffer penalty?

It could be if all stealth rules are not followed. Seperate cookies, flash, ip etc....

You also need a listing that is different, different picture, different wordings, etc...

There is a chance that they already think you're the same person, if so, the answer to your question is yes.
