Do you have to change your ISP when attempting to fresh on ebay after suspension??? I have got a new email and changed address, name...and waiting on a simon card for verification....anything else I should do?? I have dial up! Are these people selling accounts for real?? After reading the guide, you should take about a week to read all the posting that are in the forum. This is not an exact science and we all are trying to stay afloat using different techniques. Its all trial and error until you have a grasp of what it takes to stay alive. There is no one here that can give you quick answers..Ebay is constantly changing and we are trying to keep up...

what vers0 said, and also, it should help if you changed the ip to something drastically different..... the more things you do to make it look like you are a different person the better.
