I have contacted a few banks regarding a business account and they all say that the bank account & credit/debit card will have my business name as well as my name on it. So if I use that account with paypal and then link paypal with ebay, wouldn't I be suspended because paypal will know my name through my bank account?

The bank is not allowed to give out your personal information.

so i can use any ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name / adress on paypal but real bank account?

Yes.... until they request a SSN. eventually

good question, I'd love to know. I beleive it verfied by DOB, the one that you register and the one on the ssn

Anyone can get access to ssn info including you. Just pay a fee.

they extend credit through their debit cards supposedly, like a bank, i think the potential for fraud is there,as if one i saavy enough and has their own cc machine, you simply swipe the debit card, using the pre-auth key- add an approval number, i.e. 003819, then it goes, moneys in your bank in 2 days, do say 10/day x $49 sales, all odd amts, x 7 days before the chargebacks hit- whats that? $3,500... so- they'd qualify for credit bureau access. As a matter of fact, I have inquiries from Payal Inc on my credit file...
