Suspended Minimum 7 days HELP!!!
 

I was suspended sunday for a minimum of 7 days...this is what my email read

Your eBay account has been suspended for a minimum of seven days due to a violation of the eBay Trademark Violation - Unauthorized Item policy. We suspended your account after carefully considering each violation and verifying that the correct action was taken.

Trademark infringement is unlawful and violates eBay's policies. A trademark is a unique sign (such as a name, word, phrase, logo, or symbol) that a company uses to identify its products and/or services.

Using another company's trademark in a way that may confuse buyers about the source of goods or services, or confuses buyers into believing that the seller is affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the trademark owner is both illegal and against eBay's policies. Examples include counterfeits, unauthorized replica items and items that bear the brand or logo of a company without that company's permission.

Guideline: If the product you are listing bears the brand or logo of a company, but it wasn't made or authorized by that company, don't sell it on eBay.

The sale of counterfeits and unauthorized replicas of branded products is unlawful and not permitted on eBay.

All of your current listings have been removed from eBay. Any remaining fees that are on your account are due immediately. These fees will be charged using the billing method that you currently have on file.

Does this mean that my account will be back after the 7 days or are they going to make me go through some crap...its my first suspension of this kind...your help will be appreciated

They will make you go through crap, more crap, a little more crap and a lot more crap. Better read the guide and start all over new :)

what kind of crap are they going to make me go through...the live help guy said that it should be back exactly a week after suspension

Nope, your account is gone. They arent going to unlimit it trust us. They ware gonna make you fax paperwork driver license and etc....

My reseller got suspended for 7 days in September. It took 6 weeks for them to actually lift it. But, she is still going and actually made PS in November.

YOu can come back from this type of suspension. It takes some work, but as long as you're patient about it, people do come back. The chances of being suspended AGAIN are very high though. Just if you get your account back, don't sell the same VeRO products again.

Yes, Aspkins right- you then get on a list. When i had to call Gibney law firm a couple times for a Rolex empty box they pulled- they want your ebay user id- i heard the girl yell across the room my user id- right away someone else knew what she was talking about,....

whoa. i just faxed em all my ⊗⊗⊗⊗ photoshopped stuff, and that account got unsuspended.

When ebay suspends for say X days, it's after X days then you can send them paperwork. And then you gotta wait and wait and possibly send it again until you get reactivated so it can be weeks longer than the actual suspension.

one of my my new accounts i didnt have to send anything after a 7 day suspension.

Youre lucky- normally its the drivers license/utility bill thing and signing that paper agreeing to honor their rules...
