Account suspended 1.5 years ago
 

Hi, my ebay account was suspended 1.5 year ago because of seller non-performance. (was moving to a new place, didn't reply messages so anger customers left neg feedback)

at that time, I had 2 account, one was suspended, another one is still working. So I kept using that one and also opened a stealth account around 1 year ago.

I had no problems selling with these 2 accounts until a month ago, both accounts were suspended because of link to the suspended account. I know why they figured it out because I used same paypal address... my bad

Now, I heard that if you account is suspended for more that 12 months, they will probably reinstate you account, if you wire nicely.

So my questions, what if they need me to send information on the stealth account? there is no way for me to supply the information for that, e.g. driver license, cc statement etc....

any suggestions?

It depends on the suspension. They do not reinstate every account, once 12 months has passed..

One other question is, can I use any excuse to no supply any information of the stealth account? will they accept that?

if yo refuse to send id, then you wont get anywhere, you have to supply it....and there are ways to do that with editing..

I remember I saw a list of documents I need to send to them, but i couldn't find it anymore, can anyone give me a link?
also, are the documents pretty much standard or everyone get a different set of documents to sent?

BTW, anyone had the similar experience? e.g. do they ask documents for linked accounts (stealth account, name/address are all different than the main account)?
