ok now that i have my new names and phone number etc. i need help with dial up.

i know one was it do it through Aol.

I have DSL through ATT and i guess u could connect dial up through them? i called their help desk and they said i needed to pirchase a dial up modem and gave me a list of numbers to connect through. Is this safe and will the IP address be differnt?

yeah with dialup ur ip changes every time you connect. and its completely safe.
if you have a laptop it should already have a dialup modem+slot to plugin the cable.
google "dialup [your city]", you might find even cheaper ones.

Now if am using dialup do i still need a new user account and all that on my computer or do i just need the new name, email etc......

I'd say yes.
Yes you need a new user account.

It's simple to make a new user account on your computer.

Dial up takes care of the IP only.
It has nothing to do with the cookies and flash cookies which are the main reason you need a different user account for use with each different ebay/pp of yours.

as a beginner you want to start off keeping everything separate. after you get good and gain experience, you can do it all under one user account.
