New ebay acct but using existing paypal acct with new email address
 

Here's my question: I've opened a new ebay acct while using an existing paypal acct with a new email address. Will there be any problems with ebay? Will ebay somehow track me down through my paypal and suspend my newly opened ebay acct? Is there any else I should beware of? Such as limiting my sales.

It happened to me too...when I didn't even know about this forum...
I created a few new Ebay accounts and linked them to my old PayPal account...As weird as it can be I managed to sell about 5-7 Vero items on each account but then I was suspended anyway... My accounts lasted for about 2 weeks each...

It depends more on what kind of ebay account you use. Moreover, the paypal account should also be VERY strong. I mean it cannot be limited, or you will be checkmated.

regardless of how strong it is, the accounts are linked. It will do down, period. People still don't get that ebay and paypal are the same company, and they communicate automatically with each other on this kind of thing.

You have to use a brand new ebay account with a new paypal, or otherwise find a different payment solution for ebay.
