Are some goods off limits?
 

When we are trying to restablish ourselves are some goods too hot to handle? I used to sell wholesale computer parts on ebay and had a pretty good business doing so. Now I get bounced about every two weeks. Any ideas? I was only listing 3 at a time most recently and had no items over $200.

I have two other accounts now over 30 days so I am doing ok on the set up basics.

I think the Lawsuit with Tiffany, really turned Ebay upside down, turned the power over to Trust + Safety, now thats their main focus--not Customer Care/Customer Satisfaction + Seller Happinesss/Retention...
IN my case- I have items only $19-$49 normallly, every once in a while I get the Vero.. it depends, I must have a relaly thick head, and I argued with my account Manager about the "empty box"deal.. They said NOTHING, when I spent several thousands of dollars all last year buying up on Vintage older Rolex authentic boxes, (would pay from anywhere from $29-$99)- I use Powersnipe-- then when i try to relist, setting reserves on same items from $59-$200, its called ENCOURAGING... encouraging what? I thought it was a REACH--
IF someone's gonna sell a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ rolex, they are period... Ebay says the AUthentic box, lets them place the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ rolex inside...so why did they let me buy 6 laundry baskets full of empty boxes, now sitting in my dining room unable to resell???? Idiocracy

The items I sell are new and sealed. I am an authorized reseller, but it seems ebay might be over targeted these products because in that market 3 items did not last a week. And I have rotated the product so that I am not using the same photos and description.

Hev you tried the listing with the sales receipt routine? white out your COST, and business name, but showa copy of the AUthorized Reseller receipt in the listing? And in the descript- state right there- we are AUTHORIZED resellers of XYZ parts??? (I know in my case when reselling a not so name item, I was "requested" but not ordered to add , "we are not affiliated with XYZ COmpany, we are merely selling their New/old stock discontinued items, they will not honor any warranties for these discontinued items"....

I wonder if you could get VERO'd for listing your girlfriend on eBay. Imagine someone complaining to eBay "hey...he listed my wife!"

Wonder if that would be "ENCOURAGING".....

LOL....Well I threaten my husband and kids! I also threaten my kids if they don't listen I will sell their favorite stuff on ebay. I am sure my husband would like to sell me once in awhile too!

You could probably get VERO'd for trying to sell your own soul, virginity, etc. on ebay.

Quite possible. If someone else has a copyright to your virginity, you're screwed! (No pun intended) :D
