old merchant account link to old suspended account?

Guys, this is a new area that we have not been discussed. I want to use my merchant account( just got approved, but with my suspended business name and address). I wonder will it be safe to use it on ebay auctions? what will the customer credit card statment show up? I don't want it to show my suspended business name and address. Does it anyway to change it? I don't want to give ebay a damn chance to find me. Thanks , guys.

I am worrying about the transaction title show on buyer's credit card statement, which might have suspended address and business name there. BUyer might have chance to report it to ebay if they knew me before.

ok. guys. I call the merchant and change Billing decriptor now. Yeha, I always sell authentic products. I hate ebay take no action againt ⊗⊗⊗⊗ product sellers. Ebay is flood with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ products. It is getting worse and worse.
