Using somebodys account at home?
 

would it be risky to use a friend's eBay and PayPal account in my house if I clear y cookies and change IP address. everything will be under his name, except Iw ill be using it..phone numbers, cc, PayPal address ..
Does that sound ok to do? I will list my auction with Auctiva, of course a new account and I will even change my listings too.
what do you guys think?

Also, where can I get a virtual phone number? is there any free ones?
What merchant accounts are good that accepts PayPal as a payment too? I heard about ccnow, but it seems expensive. My items are low price items anyway. Any suggestions?

all merchant accounts are expensive.
u can use your friends stuff if you clear any traces of your old self.
