can I log in old PP account while using new eBay acc?

I am planning to open a new eBay account and I was wondering if it is risky to log in to the old PayPal account that was associated with the suspended eBay account. I need to log in because there are open claims I need to take care of, there.
what do you think guys?

Check the paypal account from a different location. Go to the Library or internet cafe

No, you will link your accounts. Change your IP and delete cookies before you do, or use another computer.
