ebay limitation on listing

My account is set limitation on sales listing, only allow 75% listing per week which ebay base on my previous 90-day sales volume.

They request me to have the old buyers withdraw several negative feedback which show improvement on buyers' satisfaction. It is impossible to ask the strange ebay buyers to do that for me , actually they have no response to my requests.

What can I do is to have quality listing, e.g. state clear on description , add more pics...etc.

So how could ask ebay to lift my accounts limitation? Otherwise I worry that would be suspended after 4 months.

Anyone help?

This was something they started last year immediately upon the Tiffany lawsuit- they reduce your listing volume, then see how you do, then gradually increase it- your feedback is the Key-- satisfied customers..

You need to work on your positive feedback. The more you get, the higher your score will be. And this will eventually lift any limitations you have.
