Does anyone know for sure whether or not VERO take notice of other users reporting you. I would imagine that if they got a lot of reports that they would investigate, but if they receive one of two reports from another user would they take notice?

Also does anyone know whether or not once an account has had an MC019/MC198 whether or not if you list another item which is VERO they will know and will then remove it?

good question this is something i'd like to know maybe if someone knows more on the subject would explain wat way it works ??

I don't think anyone knows exactly how many people have to report you before Ebay will look at your listing for a possible VERO violation. Im sure once it hits a magic number then the computer will have your account reviewed by a actual human.
As to your second question about listing another VERO item - it is not wise to relist the same item that you just got taken down for a VERO violation. You can still use the account but you need to be careful in what you list. Ebay will just not remove your new listing in most circumstances unless it is brought to their attention by the VERO member. ebay contacts you and says they will not tell microsoft but they just must take u off and restrict your selling

or suspend your accout from selling for 30 days
