Question about credit card Identification on Ebay

Question 1: Can Ebay identify your home address using a existing credit card number? Lets say this credit card is clean. It has never been used anywhere. Does Ebay have the ability to go into your online credit history and verify your home address?

Question 2: Lets say Ebay doesn't ask for your credit card information. But the credit card is registered with Paypal only. Will that give away your home address. =}

1/ no they cannot just input a card number and get real address from credit agency..they have to have your name and address in the first place
