Ebay block me

last two months ago eBay block me for something anyway should i do now ,can get back on like getting a new debit card from a different bank with the same name on it but change my name abit in the paypal and ebay account info and logging on a different computer
or
i should set up a business account with a partnership with one of my family member as the owner and me as a employer

and also i lived in Australia

does it work in australia and does the book tell me how i can pass paypal verification when i used the same name that i used on my block ebay account
