Can You Have Bank Block Chargebacks from eBay?
 

Is it possible to get your bank account to block chargebacks made by eBay and PayPal?

If so, how is it done?

And,has anyone here ever tried to contact their banks to stop a chargeback from this irrational company?

I was surfing the web today and found to my dismay hundreds of lawsuits that have been filed against eBay (this year alone!) on a variety of crimes and would you believe? The infamous RICO ACT? The Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organizations act. And Amazon has a cases pending against them too. Its gangbusters with these two entities.
Corruption on a bigger scale than we probably could ever imagine.

Can my bank block half.com's charge backs if I complain to my bank?

It's probably something you have to ask your bank. They're all different and have different policies sorry to say. But I'm leaning on probably not.

If you are not using the bank account closed it down and open a new one.

You can get your bank to block all actions of taking money out of the account I found but that's it.
