FIRST verfication Q normally ask?
 

I just called in to do the verification: they asked:

1) is there any such kind of building in your neighbourhood: park, auto village, ....
2) homeloan duration: 15, 20, 25, 30, 18 years
3) any fireplace in your home?

HOW CAN YOU KNOW THE ANSWER?

Explain exactly what you did. Did you list on a new account. Are you using a VPN. We need more info,please:pop2:

Wow, those are pretty in-depth questions. In the US, its just "did you ever live in this area code?" "Have you ever lived in these towns?"

Yeah they changed the questions. No longer is "none of the above" an option. Best to start using f ake register info you gather through public records and google. This way you have a shot. And also now there are 5 choices so now you only have 20% chance. I only got 3 question though, before he said i would need to fax.

Let's list the kinds of questions we get so we can be ready.
First just verfifying your registration info, but have it printed out because you usually have so many you can not remember.

1)Your reg name
2) Address
3) phone
4) email used to register account
5) how old you are? Don't know if they just take the birth date you used when reg or form public records.

Now the multiples: (no longer none of the above option)
1) What address number have you previously live at? 5 options
2) How many bedrooms are in your current house? 5 options

Think I must have failed both, because I was not prepared. Account was going to be killed shortly anyway for non-payment of fees.

Also, me an a friend got drunk and made a game of how long it took to piss off the live help. It took 2 hours! We were never rude or used profanity, but eventually wew got him to disconnect.

So what happens if you get a question wrong? Bye bye account? I just did the phone verification less than a week ago, and it was the old school questions.

I just did it yesterday. Also, I called from the number listed and got the the automated your phone has been verified. Probably should have hung up there, but then CS came on to ask a few questions. Maybe my account was flagged anyway because of none payment, but original OP got new questions without "none above" option also. Would need next person that takes it to confirm.

The OP is in China and has not answered questions. I want his replies before we panic. Granted ebay changes but like topseller says, much more info is needed:spy:

sorry. Forget to give you info. I try to list on the ebay. But it block my listing before getting the verification on phone. I list the item via VPN.

wow ebay seems to be impossible now how do we use ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info and answer these questions is it even possible? Can anyone explain how public records on google would help or any help on how to answer these?
