MC021 Suspension

Hello,
My seller account was recently suspended due to an MC021 FPA NOTICE, which was strange since i haven't listed anything on that account for a while. This noticed was just out of blue and was not expecting it. However, my mom has a regular ebay account where she just bids and buys on items she wants. Her account also got suspended. Is there anything i can do, to remove the suspension off of her account i dont care about mine account. I just want my mom account restored so she can continue to use ebay

Did you get a request to fax in docs to lift the limit?

This suspension is usually due to rules broken somewhere, maybe something you sold or too many negatives, etc.

The chances of getting your mom's account back is slim, it might be easier just to open up a new one using the stealth methods.

Good luck,

I never received any notice to fax docs in at alll. Last time i sold something was 2 months ago and my account has 400 positive feedbacks with no negs or disputes. I dont care about saving mine account, just worry about my mom account

She was just suspended out of the blue as well? No email on what she could to to get her account back? Basically she's tied to your account and what eBay usually ask for is first having the offended account lifted, then they'll lift other accounts tied to that account, if that makes any sense. Which is why I said she has a slim chance.

The good thing is, it's pretty easy to create a new stealth account.

Like i said, im clueless why my account has a hit since im not past due (balance been $0.00 for a good 2 months), no negs or disputes and lots of positive feedbacks and no requests to fax documents in. Mom just has a buyers account

Shes a bit old and wont understand all of the stealth things, what will happen if she just registers a new buyer account to bid on a few items here and there?

Just a buyers account, no selling, she could probably get by without another suspended account. She would still need mostly new information though.

EBay doesn't care about buyers accounts as much as seller accounts.

Easy easy..

Is it still easy to reuse old information for the buyers account? We dont have any new info we can use. Im more or less worry about her buyer account since she bids on alot of things on ebay and i sometimes use my account to sell household items we dont need

There are a lot of options to opening a new account, but using old information isn't one of them. Just think a little, it's not that difficult, or read eBay Stealth to get you going in the right direction.

Cheers,

Why don't you just open a new account for her and send her the user name and password. Usually, buying accounts have no problem. Only, when you go to list to sell, do all the problem starts. Just slightly alter her name and address and put a different phone number.
