Suspension notice under clause 9
 

I got my account suspended today under clause 9 is this permanent, can I dispute it and can I lift the suspension. I am new to ebay and have made some naive unbintentional mistakes due to lack of knowledge. i have now been told by one of my friends that an email has gone out saying that I am not a trusted seller and that I am philshing as well as receiving an email from paypal saying that someone has been trying to gain unauthorised access to her accounts. does this mean someone has hacked into my id and doing illegal activities or that it is due to having one transaction of an item outside of ebay? please help as I am a novice and any information would be muchly appreciated.
