MC081 NOTICE and VPN
 

hello,

i have been hit with a MC081 NOTICE....would this be related to the fact that i live in the uk and have a vpn that shows i'm in switzerland, it's swissvpn i use?

i see from other posts that there are two kinds of this notice, i can't see where it would say which one i have....

a few weeks ago i tried to pay for something via paypal and i got suspended for using a vpn, although once i sent the docs they required, they were fine....will ebay be so happy to reinstate my account?

the ebay account i am using was set up years ago, although not used, i recently listed a van for sale, but withdrew the auction as we sold it elsewhere, i did state this on my description.

ebay are impossible to get hold of, they won't let me use the live help and they just send back a generic email when i ask them why i was suspended, hopefully one of you guys can help me...

Ebay and Paypal both do not like VPN. While that may not be the only cause of the suspension it was at least a factor in it most likely. When you tried to use live help what was the problem? Sometimes it doesn't give you the option based on the subject you are talking about so just keep changing your question until it gives you the option for live help.
