My Ebay UK account has just been suspended
 

My account has been suspended as i got 2 negative feedback comments. Is it possible to set up a new ebay account in my friends name and his address but use the same paypal account (mine) which was used for the now suspended account. Thanks

Welcome to the forum. You must have more than 2 negs to get suspended so what else happened? Is there any chance of getting the account back::)

A paypal associated with a suspended ebay account can never be used on ebay. So no it can not be linked to another account.

I have appealed and they said it will not be allowed back on. Also my balance for the fees is -146£ so do i have the authority to get that refunded into my paypal account?

I was suspended last week and emailed customer support with regards to the credit balance as i too had a -£107 balance.
They refunded me today however they billed me for the featured shop fee of £49.99 for the month 16th jun-15july even though i got indefinitly suspended on the 16th,so techincally i should not have been charged £50 for a shop that i dont have.
So other than the £50 the remainder was refunded back to my paypal account today

Oh dear im sure i read by aspkin that i could use my paypal account but add a new email to my paypal delete the original email add and never link the paypal account to the ebay account.
As just now i am selling again yay but i have added the new paypal email to the listings to accept payment and for seller fees i have not added any paypal account just the entropay prepaid card details.
Is that ok to do this or have i made a blunder.:help:
