Ebay Suspension - MC021
 

I got suspended from Ebay last night with code MC021, which is for raised security concerns. I called Ebay and they said because i have 2 accounts and both are seller accounts. She said i cannot even appeal, but the email they sent me said I can appeal. My question though is .. How long before my Paypal account is suspended?

Didn't know there was a rule about not having more than one seller account.

If I'm not mistaken, you area only allowed 2 Paypal accounts, but I thought you could have multiple eBay accounts in your name. That doesn't sound right.

So, today..4 days after i was suspended permanently by Ebay i get this email that states.." My account is only suspended for 14days". 4 days ago i spoke to a dumb rep who told me i cant appeal my suspension and that it was suspended indefinitely. Thats great to know, but its too late because my f'n Paypal got limited the day after my Ebay did, and closed account 2 days later when I appealed.

BTW, i spoke to a Paypal rep, and asked him for Paypal's HQ/ Main Office Phone Number, and he was like " We dont have one". So, then I was like whats your address and he was like "San Jose". I then said whats ur street address and he was like "San Jose". I was furious at this point and was like let me talk to your supervisor, and he was like "I am the supervisor". Then i said, give me the number of the person you report to, and again i get " He is an administrator and not someone you can talk to". I just hung up at that point. These idiots must have some big sticks shoved up their a$$es for responses like that.

Telemarketers are drummed into their heads that they are not allowed to give out the centres address. I know this when i was telemarketing for a charity in Melbourne. We were allowed to say we were in a certain suburb and that was it.

They are probably worried one of the many limited will show up and blow up the place:heh:

You can have multiple seller accounts on ebay, but you can only have 2 paypal accounts. One business, and one personal. I've had 2 ebay seller accounts since 2006, and never had any problems.

It must be that you are selling risky items, and your feedback may be on the low side. BTW, what type of merchandise are u selling?

It had a lot of good feedback too! I am hoping I can get it reinstated. If not, then oh well. I am glad I have a back up when situations like these arrive.
