Limitation on ebay selling account?
 

I currently have a selling limitation on my 2 month old Ebay account. It's not a stealth account, it's legit & under my husband's name.

I have quite a few suspended Ebay accounts & PP accounts for numerous reasons, nothing illegal or anything just the usual crap, so I figured I would try to open the new Ebay account which worked since I have a new IP address, used CC Cleaner, new phone number, I passed the phone verification & all was going good until last week.

I was using my friends PP account to accept payments, her account got suspended last week because it was obviously linked to our old suspended accounts through address or name, the same day, my selling limitation was put on. Obviously there was a connection.

I called them & they are asking for my husband's drivers license, one Utility bill with name & address & any invoices or receipts for items I want to sell to make sure I actually own them, I only sell personal items from my own home, I want to clean out my closets!

Are they asking me for this & just bull****ting me to see if they can connect us to any old suspended Ebay & PP accounts or link us to my friends PP account. Will they really reinstate my selling once they receive those items via fax like they requested?

Should I bother sending them the items or is it just useless since I don't have a seller's PP account right now BUT I do have a new Paymate account. There is no PP linked to my Ebay account, I use my Debit card to pay for fees.

Any help would be great, thanks :peace:
