eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - MC008 SNPD NOTICE: Restricted Account

After Re-Reading the letter, you are correct, Restricted NOT Suspended, In a month they will "Review" your Account again, and now that you Provided your Overall DSR's and Feedback Scores, I think you Might have a Chance with this Account. I was under the Impression that this was a fairly New Account with little or No Feedback.

A while back Ebay Changed the way they look at accounts, In your case you were Suspended Because your Feedback Percentage Fell Dramatically in the Last 30 days, Which is Basically all they Look at Now.

Upon review they will look at your Enire Selling History, They will NOT consider positive Feedback for Buying Activity, and they will decide whether or not to Reinstate your Account

I also wanna know the definition of restricted and suspended. Are there any notification from eBay for flagging a suspension?
