Account suspended from a year ago
 

hello,
my initial account was suspended over a year ago for seller non performance, i email eBay that i want to get back on and they sent me an email including the following:

In order to continue with your appeal please supply us with a detailed
description of what led to your increase in negative feedback at the
time of your suspension. Also include your plans on preventing these
same incidents in the future. Once we have that information we can
review your account for reinstatement.

basically i got the negatives because i started selling crappy earphones for iPod which led to suspension within a week of selling, which i most certainly won't be doing again.

anyway what kind of a reply would you suggest, is this really a chance for me to get back on eBay???

in addition i should mention that, i purchased these headphones as genuine iPhone earphones from DH Gate and sold them as that, well you can say i was a fool. anyhow i got some negative feedbacks saying that they were not genuine and that apple did not back the warranty...

is there a way that i can word the email in such a way that i can possibly get reinstated.

Move on and create a new account would be the best advice and option that I can think of.

you are done with this account. eBay will likely say no to anything that is fa ke - funny you called them genuine though.

Move on to new fresh account.

If your selling iPod headphones, don't brand them as A-P-P-L-E, just say that there are compatible with their products.

I have Tried Many times to reinstate Old Suspended Accounts ALWAYS FAILED,

HOWEVER,,,Ebay NEVER sent me the letter that you Posted,,,,They ALWAYS say something like: "upon further review your account will remain Closed"

This letter Indicates that there MIGHT be a chance.

I would respond.

I Would tell them Something like that you got the Headsets from a NEW Supplier that because of this purchase of headsets you found out that he was selling defective goods, and how you have learned your lesson and that now you Personally check the functionality of the products you sell,,Blah, Blah, Blah----I Assure you it will NEVER happen Again...

DO NOT TELL Them where they really came from,,,,DHGate is the Instant Death of an Ebay account.

I would try something like that,, It will only take a few minuts, Who Knows??

But by the same token I would NOT get my hopes up.
