Mailing Address

I have the book but was hoping to get some help from an expert. My mailing address for suspended account was, "41 blahblah St." my official USPS address is "41B blahblah St." or I could make it, "41 blahblah St. APT. B", is that sufficient enough of a change for eBay/PayPal stealth account?
