Any flaw in the suspension guide?

Hi Guys,

I followed your guide and got an ebay account from January last year. It's very successful and has been good until last month due to the VERO argument to Ebay about how I do not violate the trademark. So, I tried to create ebay accounts located in an asia country where I do live. However, the new foreign ebay accounts need to be linked with verified Paypal account (which is like commiting suicide again). So, I started going into different routes by creating Ebay US accounts. Here are the steps I did:

1. I created new email, link it with my Paypal
2. Got new VCCs
3. Delete cookies, offline content, and clear history, also restart my router
4. Got IP software to switch my IP on my computer
5. Use "tollfreeforwarding" number to forward the verificatin call to my cell in my location
6. Register Ebay with new info: New name, US address, personal info, same routing, but slightly different digit checking number
7. Right after the registration, I opened the ebay store and try to list a few things (new items which I never list it before)
8. Within a few hours, I got suspended due to "acting inconsistently with Ebay regulations"

All drawbacks I can think of are as follows:
1. IP software: the IP I use changes every 1 minute to multiple countries but my phone number and address is in NY
2. After successfully creating an account, I subscribe on open a store too fast
3. I start listing and selling too fast after registering successfully
4. The NY cell number from "tollfreeforwarding" gets bad history

I've read many articles here for a month now and still fail to get back on biz. So, I'm wondering if you guys have any recommendations on what I might do wrong and what you would have done if you were me.

Happy New Year guys

Simple adding your email to Paypal doesn't work anymore. That links your eBay and Paypal account instantly.

I think you are trying to sell too fast maybe. I'd let your account age a little while and start out listing slowly.

Anytime I've made a new account and started listing right away, I'd say 75% of the time I get suspended. I usually let my accounts age 30 days before using them.
