US seller use E-trade etrade Financial account

Will using etrade financial (different from etrade bank) as bank account trigger suspension from ebay or amazon?

It shouldn`t - some people have used etrade financial as their banking on paypal, this much i know...

Nope

As long as you have an account number and routing number, it should work. Even those Walmart MoneyCards work because they give a routing/account #, so Etrade should work fine.
